Prepare the skin by cleansing with Sola.

 Roll the Rosa bottle between your hands and bring to mind any intention you would like to call forward along with feelings of deep gratitude.

Mist Rosa over the skin and the space immediately surrounding your physical body. Become aware of the natural flow of breath and the subtle aroma of Rosa.

From this place of awareness, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. Allow the exhale to flow out again through the nose, softly and effortlessly.

Press the palms of your hands to the face and pause here, holding without movement and continuing with breath work. Then move hands to the heart space, pausing here for a few more breaths, reaffirming the intention you've brought forward.

Follow the Rosa 'The Sacred Waters' ceremony by applying Sati or Anahata, followed by Bardo over the body. 

ROSA 'THE SACRED WATERS' TIPS

Rosa can be lightly misted into a living space or onto a pillow before bedtime to encourage a restorative nights sleep. Being gentle in nature, Rosa can safely be used around babies, toddlers, and children to calm heated emotions.
