PLACING AN ORDER

Please note — all products are blended fresh to order on Mondays and Tuesdays only. If your order is placed before midday it will be included in the same day blending, ready for courier the following day. Please allow up to 7 days for bespoke creations.

Delivery within New Zealand

Enjoy a complimentary tracked courier service on all orders over $250, including rural delivery.

Orders under $250 will incur a $6.50 flat rate courier fee or $11.50 for rural delivery. Please choose the correct option when checking out. 

Target delivery with NZ Post is overnight and you can follow the status of your order by clicking on 'view my order' in your confirmation email.

For those in the Auckland region, local pick up is available by choosing this option when checking out.

International delivery

Australia — DHL offer a fast and efficient tracked courier service with target delivery between 2-5 working days.

A flat rate of $35 applies for all orders.

Please use a physical address and not a PO Box and include a contact phone number when placing your order. 

Worldwide — please contact me with your physical delivery address to receive a quote from DHL to your destination.

The Experience

Please email to enquire and book a date before purchasing The Experience. Confirmation of your appointment is only upon completion of purchase. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you can do so with adequate notice (more than 24 hours).

No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) forfeit the appointment fully.
