SATI CALMA — natural face serum

Sati Calma was a widely requested bespoke formula (based off the popular 'serum 03' from Aromatology's early days) now taking a permanent seat in the main collection.

Sati Calma is a soothing, calming, heart-opening blend that calls upon the gently, yet powerful, synergy of cooling Blue Tansy, nurturing Rose and calming Sandalwood. Instantly reducing redness and supporting restoration of the skins natural barrier.

THE SATI CALMA CEREMONY

Prepare the skin by cleansing with Sola and misting with Rosa. 

Dispense 3 - 7 drops of Sati Calma into the palm of your hand. Bring both palms together and place cupped hands over the nose, pausing here for a moment. Become aware of the natural flow of breath and aroma of Sati Calma.

From this place of awareness, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. Allow the exhale to flow out again through the nose, softly and effortlessly.

Press both palms to your face and neck using a slow and gentle rolling action. Follow with gentle massage movements. Your hands will intuitively know what kind of touch and pace to massage with, and where to spend extra time and attention.

Then move hands to the heart space, pausing here for a few more breaths, feeling the breath move through the entire body. Breathe slowly, breathe deeply.

Follow the Sati Calma ceremony by applying Thea to the lips and Thea Calm (if required) to select areas, followed by Bardo over the body.

SATI CALMA TIPS

If skin is inflamed, pause and hold palms softly on the face instead of over-stimulating the skin with massage. Spend a few extra moments focused on the breath, working intentionally to slow the breath down, extending the exhale to make it slightly longer than the inhale.

Sati Calma pairs beautifully with both Anahata and Anahata White, by layering underneath or adding 1 - 2 drops into either of the balms. Listen to your skin and what it needs in the moment.

*Rose Otto (white) Rosa alba, *Blue Tansy Tanacetum annuum and *Sandalwood Santalum paniculatum infused in a blend of *Camellia Camellia oleifera, *Baobab Adansonia digitata and *Jojoba Seed Simmondsia chinensis plant oils.

Cultivation: *certified organic 

All Aromatology products are blended fresh to order. Use within 9 months of purchasing. To preserve the integrity of this product the highest quality violet Miron glass has been used to house the range. Please keep in a cool, dry area away from direct light.
