SOLA — natural skin cleanser

Sola is an organic, all-natural facial oil cleanser.

Best suited to all skin types from the most dry to oily, as well as sensitive skin conditions.

Although it may sound counterintuitive to use an oil cleaner if you have an oily skin, acne, or congestion, the natural plant oils chosen for Sola work to decongest and restore balance to the skin's natural function.

THE SOLA CEREMONY

Start with dry hands and face, dispense Sola into the palm of your hand. Bring both palms together and place cupped hands over the nose, pausing here for a moment. 

Become aware of your natural flow of breath and the aroma of Sola.

From this place of awareness, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. Allow the exhale to flow out again through the nose, softly and effortlessly. Repeat this style of breath three times before beginning the cleansing massage.

Starting at the collarbone, massage Sola over the chest, neck, and face. Spend this time to deeply cleanse the skin, while encouraging movement and flow of the lymphatic system. Focus extra attention on any areas of congestion or tension within these areas of body.

To remove Sola take a damp, warmed cloth and press against the face. Pause here, breathing slowly and deeply before wiping away any residue. Rinse the cloth with warm water and repeat the 'press + pause + breathe' ritual one more time.

*Sweet Orange Citrus sinensis, *Helichrysym Helichrysum italicum, **Roman Chamomile Anthemis nobilis, ^Lavender Lavandula angustifolia, *Geranium Pelargonium graveolens, ^Frankincense Boswellia sacra, and Calendula blossom Calendula officinalis infused in a blend of *Sweet Almond Prunus dulcis, *Sunflower Helianthus annus, and *Avocado Persea gratissima plant oils.
