SATI — natural face serum

 Sati is awareness. Awareness of the present moment and our ever-changing needs. With awareness we can see what is being shown to us through our skin and begin to investigate, with kindness and compassion, what it is we truly need.

Sati is the facial serum. A trio of Roses come together with calming Sandalwood and Patchouli, to rebalance and harmonise skin function. Infused into a concentrate blend of nutritive-rich plant oils that work to deeply nourish dry skin and replenish hydration within.

THE SATI CEREMONY

Prepare the skin by cleansing with Sola and misting with Rosa. 

Dispense 3 - 7 drops of Sati into the palm of your hand. Bring both palms together and place cupped hands over the nose, pausing here for a moment. Become aware of the natural flow of breath and aroma of Sati.

From this place of awareness, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. Allow the exhale to flow out again through the nose, softly and effortlessly.

Press both palms to your face and neck using a slow and gentle rolling action. Follow with gentle massage movements. Your hands will intuitively know what kind of touch and pace to massage with, and where to spend extra time and attention.

Then move hands to the heart space, pausing here for a few more breaths, feeling the breath move through the entire body. Breathe slowly, breathe deeply.

SATI TIPS

If skin is inflamed, pause and hold palms softly on the face instead of over-stimulating the skin with massage. Spend a few extra moments focused on the breath, working intentionally to slow the breath down, extending the exhale to make it slightly longer than the inhale.

*Rose Otto (triple blend) Rosa damascena, *Patchouli Pogostemon cablin, and *Sandalwood Santalum paniculatum infused in a blend of *Camellia Camellia oleifera, *Baobab Adansonia digitata and *Jojoba Simmondsia chinensis plant oils.
