You will learn and embody a full 75-minute Meditation Facial Sequence and practice hands-on with our guidance. This immersive experience will allow you to refine your technique, gain confidence, and truly connect with the healing power of touch.

What You Will Learn
Day One: Foundations and Energetics
A slow, spacious day to ground into your body, mindset, and approach. Through group meditation, somatic practices, journaling, and foundational modules, you will explore:

Natalie Sellars | Founder of Kinder Life and holistic facialist of nearly three decades, Natalie is known for her deeply intuitive and transformational treatment style. As an educator and mentor, she weaves science, energetic principles, and the subtle art of touch in a way that feels grounded and accessible.
Keely Watson | Holistic Facialist and Aromatologist Keely Watson has dedicated the past two decades to one-on-one work and now shares her extensive knowledge of skin health and plant wisdom through her Aromatology product range, bespoke trainings, and new writing publication — 'into the plant realm'. Keely’s intuitive and immersive teaching style encourages therapists to honour their sensitivities as a strength, access their authentic voice, and create sensory-rich rituals that go well beyond the physical.
