Place a small amount of Calm Balm into the palm of your hand and pressing both palms together to soften the balm, bring to the face holding cupped hands over the nose. Pause for a moment to take a few deep breaths — inhaling deeply through the nose then allowing the exhale to flow effortlessly out again through the nose.
If skin is inflamed, press and hold palms softly on the face, spending a few more moments focused on the breath. Move to the chest and press + hold there while feeling the breath move through the body. Breathe slowly, breathe deeply.
