Ethereal White Rose teams with Patchouli, Vetiver root, Sandalwood and Vanilla Bourbon to offer an aromatic alternative to the original Anahata, while retaining the same ultra-soft texture you know and love. Deeply nourishing for dry or depleted skin types and conditions, Anahata white was a seasonal release that just had to stay. Calming, nurturing and anchoring for the emotions — a replenishing salve for both the skin and heart.
THE ANAHATA WHITE CEREMONY
Prepare the skin by cleansing with Sola and misting with Rosa.
Scoop a small amount of Anahata white into the palm of your hand. Pressing both palms together, bring to the face and hold cupped hands over the nose. Pause here for a few moments, becoming aware of the natural flow of breath.
From this place of awareness, inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. At the top of the inhale, allow the outgoing breath to flow out again through the nose, softly and effortlessly. Repeat this style of breath at least three times before applying.
Apply Anahata white by pressing palms to your heart space, neck, and face. Using slow, gentle massage movements move through these areas at your own pace, with extra attention being focused on any areas of tension.
If skin is inflamed, pause and hold palms softly on the face, spending a few more moments focused on the breath. Finish by bringing both hands to your heart space. If you have brought forward an intention or thoughts of gratitude with Rosa, reaffirm this now. Breathe slowly, breathe deeply.
Thea can now be applied over the lips, followed by Bardo for the body.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Being wax-free, Anahata white has the potential to melt if left in direct sunlight. If this happens accidentally, simply leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to set again.
